Limit features for blank profiles
No-one likes seeing blank profiles. Reduce feature accessibility such as ‘Viewed Me’, ‘Fresh’ and ‘Taps’ until a photo of some kind is added. This should incentivise adding some kind of photo,

Or Grindr can do the right thing and require face pics. If people don't want to add THEIR face, they should be ok with zero other users showing THEIR faces. Ergo, they should be fine with getting the hell off of photo based apps altogether and use something like doublelist, the bootleg version of craigslist.
