Albums Access
I cannot open albums when they are shared with me. I keep getting the same error message (see pic). I have tried updating as well as deleting and redownloading all together. Please help!!

I have the exact same issue. Cannot open any album I am sent & get the poxy emoji pic instead & I have not seen any pics, let alone screen shot them! It is sooo frustrating & the sender just thinks is I am up to no good which is not the case. Did you manage to resolve your issues? If so…let me know please? Cheers…
