Distance Controls
Allow a user to be able to set distance parameter for whom they are seeing. Meaning that I only want to see users who are within a set distance from me. And likewise for users who see me so we don’t waste our time viewing people outside of our desired location radius.

Also distance controls and distance listed needs to be reasonable travel distance. 5 miles as crow flies is a lot different than 5 miles by highway especially in places like WV. More than once seen people listed as 20 miles away that are actually over an hour drive.

Being able to set a distance would be great to narrow down options and see who's local for free. It would save alot of time searching through the endless profiles to see who's nearby.

This would help filter out profiles that are outside a user’s geographical area.

When in explore mode, provide the distance from ur marked location instead of just “Near *Place*”, its “# Feet / Miles from *Place*”. Prob makes since to make this Unlimited only.

I hate finding a profile that I'm super into and then seeing that they're 200+ miles away... it's happening way too much

Why do you show me no one less than a hundred miles away from me

Seeing people 150 to 1000 miles away is useless. No one shows up under nearby that's actually nearby

They do this on purpose to make sure the results are endless possibilities. Like If your filters are too limited you may get 20 thumbnails if you don’t live in a city. What has made this a much bigger issue is there decision to drop distance info from the thumbnails. They also axed the less useful but the unlimited distance banner so as you scrolled you at least knew when you got to another state. They have been under a lot of pressure to increase safety but this app is inherently based on location as the key factor in meeting another user.

Allowing users to set and/or adjust a filter range would enable them to further refine their search parameters.

I think this will not get implemented, since it would be difficult and expensive (having to pay Google for access to their data/services)

What's the point of chatting with people 150 miles away?
