The fact that this app hangs and stalls constantly even as a premium member! How do I get a refund for this at being a pain in the ass?

This Grindr app constantly freezes or stalls! As a premium member maybe you could start refunding us a certain amount daily or monthly for an app that does not work properly.

    This is the biggest reason why I will not pay for this service. Get it fixed and I will reconsider
