Fix the app
The app fails to send messages ALL the time. Almost as if it's so busy pushing ads, that it fails to serve its own purpose. Sort dumb mistakes like that out, and maybe people would upgrade more often. But I'm not upgrading on an app that doesn't even work.
It does it on EVERY message I send. I have to close the app, then retry the message. EVERY time.

Terrible UX and spending Dev sprints on the retry feature that users do manually instead of fixing the messaging queue design was a poor choice from a UX perspective. Fix this issue right currently this App is a POS.

The app doesn’t even work right, why would I pay for anything? You keep taking away things we’ve had forever then try to make up for it to have it again? You are scum and you don’t deserve any money. Fix the app, get rid of the bots, the blank profiles, get rid of taps, and stop asking me for money.
