Group chat participant selection

I currently have 300 plus favs.
Setting guys to out into a group chat is extremely difficult - would be useful to sort contacts by online / offline would be real helpful. Tx.

    Also the option to sort by recent favorites or recently chatted favs.
    There’s gotta be an easier way!!
