Even when I use explorer as an example I choose my own neighbourhood ie 1500 feet to 1 mile away and I still end up with people who are anywhere from 30 miles to 170 miles from my location.
Why can’t I/we get any help or support for this issue?
Yes I have requested help with this issue before…and I’ve even upgraded my iPhone as well, but I’m still waiting for it to be fixed. I am sorry for my tone but I’m so “frustrated”.
Why am I paying an annual fee if the “distance” feature can not be fixed?
