Not everyone is interested in everyone. If your only allowed to see so many people I. A selection only 1/5 is the one I am considering someone to be with. Please bring back the race feature. It’s a preference not a stance on profiling.

This will be the last month I pay if you don’t add the feature back. There are not many perks of paying outside of the search parameters.

All you’re doing is forcing us to block people to get to our preference rather than allowing us to filter to our preference.

Hi - I am a black man and i don't feel an ethnicity filter that has anything to do with BlackLivesMatter. There is an issue around objectification of some men but that is all down to how one is approached. I filter black men because I want to connect with other black men - as a preference - this is at no offence or disrespect to other races. I imagine an asian or a white person might legitimately want to do the same. I will now cancel my Grindr Xtra subscription as it no longer of use to me.

This is a real example of people making decisions without understanding of the real issues involved with BlackLivesMatter - which are racism and privilege. There is no problem with people being different - we cannot pretend we are all the same - however the issue is about giving people respect regardless of difference.

If you saying that that ethnicity feature encourages racism in a minority....well by removing it they win because you are also taking away a facility that allows people to connect WITH RESPECT to the kind of men they are attracted to.

The decision has nothing to do with blacklivesmatter. If people are allowed to search around, age, weight, ****** position they should be able to search around ethnicity - please reconsider

I understand why in response to today’s climate — and I agree someone shouldn’t be able to say outwardly, “not into xxxxxx” — but Say, if you are really really into black men or latinos or Asian guys (Almost exclusively) you should be able to filter out the rest. There are a ton of white guys in every area and it’s tough to find what you’re looking for. It’s a good idea but in practice it doesn’t work.

Bring back all the filters. Don't pick and choose we all have preferences.

The ethnicity filter allowed me to search for other like myself. It makes no sense to have my Xtra paying grid to be filled with people I can’t connect with. I live in an area that is 97% white and hard to connect with other Dominicans, Latino lgbtq of my community so I can be myself and fit in! There is nothing racist about the feature and it is absurd to have it removed for the Xtra pay feature!!! Now I have to look for a start up app that will allow this feature; please reinstate it for XTRA!!!!

I'm really not intrested in other white guys. So I don't want to fill my feed with them and waste that space with guys I am not going to be intrested in.

I paid for this feature. You took my money so you freely entered in a contract to deliver a product / service.

Now the product doesn’t anymore correspond to the initial specs and I’m not interested in it.

Please refund the 1 month left in my subscription.
