Constantly freezes after updates iOS 14.2

Wasting money on an app that's yet to come out with a bug fix for this crash situation. It's almost over a month and still experiencing the same issue and have had to resort to my tablet thats not an Apple product. And if making matters worse, I can't synch my previous messages to my tablet leaving me out to restarting over on messaging people I don't remember if I've talked to them or not making for awkward conversations.

This happens all the time. Why is this???? What a waste of money. Considering how little the other apps charge and what we pay for this, makes you rethink the phrase “you get what you pay for!!”

I’ve had to resort to using my iPad since it’s still broken even with release of the final version of 14.2.

Disgusting. All the money people pay they should be ready when new software come out. I haven’t been able to use the app for months now. For sure I am not paying anymore

I can't even login to my account since updating to iOS 14, it keeps saying "enter an email address" even though I already entered it!

iOS 14.2 beta 4 - App is now completely broken. Opens splash screen/logo then crashes.

I totally agree I am not paying another month without being able to use all functions. I can’t go to settings, scroll or set any filters because it will freeze. I’m over it 😡

Having the same problem. When I try to click on either the whole app freezes and I have to shut the app down.

The app is totally unusable after latest update. Apparently not compatible with ios14. Well that doesn’t help as most people have had ios14 for a month or more now. Can’t access settings, profile, filters, app crashes and doesn’t reload, can’t scroll profiles, when you can access messages or a profile (very rarely atm) all their info is in imperial. I live in a metric area so none of this makes sense to me. I’m paying a monthly subscription for an app that doesn’t work properly. I want a refund.

While I’m using Grindr I can’t access the filters feature or setting and profile feature.

Same. iOS 14.2 changed how the structure of some apps work. Clicking on profile, filters etc freezes app. Had to login on a old device just to update my profile. Have found that you can login using the web.

Same happening to me as well. I got a notification from Grindr that they were having problems with this update. Hopefully it’s fixed soon. And a possible partial refund on our monthly payment

Also having this issue. Because i deleted the app as a trial to see if redownloading would fix the issue in now stuck with not being able to filter.
