This should be fixed by downloading the most current version of the app.

    It is 2 months now where i cant refesh on my andriod phone. Logged support calls and all i get from them is they are working on it. If older version worked, it is simple. Revert to that to fix. And i am also a paid member.

    Grindr get your act together.

    Unable to refresh, on iPad and iPhone - unless I am on WiFi then everything works fine.

    This app is really terrible, there are constant glitches and no one at customer services seems to care. For an app that charges you for full access you think after all these years they would really get their act together.

    I am a grindr addict but it doesn't work... It says" unable to refresh" constantly
    I HAVE ALREADY CLEARED CATCH AND FORCED TO STOP AND EVEN UNINSTALLED IT AND REDOWNLOAD AND REINSTALLED BUT IT STILL DOESN'T WORK.
    Please help me.

    I started noticing this issue after I gave a 2 star review. Im going to investigate this by creating dummy profiles and checking to see if they ***** with people who give bad reviews or don't review at all. If they do, I say lawsuit.

    I have deleted caches, restarted phone and no matter what, it's constantly unable to refresh. It's a mess for an instant communication app because the other part never knows if it's a true system bug (as it is) or if we're cheating...

    Whether they fix it or not they have no idea what they are doing.

    To think I have created a ticket and month later no response. They suck and they know it! It also deleted all my data! No one has replied back to my open ticket. It's sad that with such success they are still unable to preform like a reputable, world recognized, SUCCESSFUL brand! So mediocre. Scruff, Growlr and even Jack'd out performs Grindr.
