I have just got this today, was given unlimited yesterday but as soon as that function was taken away I can only see bio info for 50% of the profiles. I have gone through all the troubleshooting instructions but the problem remains. I will try a deinstall and re-install having saved my data and see what happens next. Just copied all the vungle data , double checked and the problem has vanished????

Sam issue. UNABLE TO REFRESH!!!! Very annoying. Cleared Cache, Forced Stop, Uninstalled, Re-installed, even rebooted the phone. NOTHING! I'm about ready to give up on Grindr. Tons of complaints and non one responds.

Got this few weeks ago. Tried everything. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it. First week was fine and it started to happen again. Was a paid member now cancelled my subscription. Well done Grindr.
