No profiles available still shows up on my screen and will not refresh. I have uninstalled multiple times and it still doesn’t work.

August 13th, 2022 and this issue is still happening. I just upgraded from xtra to unlimited, paid $60, and can't even use the app. Fantastic.

I have not been able to refresh the app for a couple of days.
Any suggestion?

I only get a message stating no profiles available check you connecting and refresh but it will not refresh and I have cleared it and reinstalled the app I have all my messages but no profiles

Constant "Unable to refresh". I'm paying for an Unlimited membership, but my use of the app has been quite limited, and for a very long time, by this problem.

Nope ... reinstalled Grindr ... still the same problem

I am having the same problem for over a week. IT is a real nuisance. On my ipad.

As with others- tried everything and still getting same message. No profiles available-refreshing , and nothing happens. Last resort might be to uninstall and reinstall, but not sure how much stuff I might lose. Have just logged out and logged in again and it's cleared it!!

Having the same issue I have to hit the refresh button eight to 10 times every time and then it will connect. Regardless of whether I am connected to Wi-Fi or using data it does the same thing. I also reported via the app

Cannot see any profiles. Says to change filters but there are no filters active. Keep saying unable to refresh. Customer service useless

The problem with grindr is that they don't listen to their customers... They don't need to.
