The same it's possible add filters criteria like tribe, age, position etc. Adding the profile name as one other criteria can be very useful

Search option for username or keywords on profile description. That would make it easier to look up for certain members.

Sometimes when discussing guys with friends you want to pull up the users profile. Scrolling through hundreds of thumbnails on the grid can be difficult.

Ability to forward a link of a profile to a friend you think will like the guy, via SMS. Allows you to see a profile and send a link of it to a friend, so they can see it too and be able to say hi to the guy.

You may want to find a person or connect with someone who may not be in your immediate radar. If you know his profile name, you would be able to search for it and connect with him.
