In order to better screen out the prolific fake profiles and scams that are currently on Grindr, there should be a symbol or indication of some kind on the profiles that have been verified in some way by Grindr.

There is no way to totally verify anyone,and let's face it people lie.all you can really do is be smart and not give your personal info out.thats why you use this app and communicate here.use common sense and meet in public first time.there is no way to police all the scammers.i dont think this is the answer its infringing on privacy and complicates the system more.the cheats will figure it out.

I have three questions: (1) Does Grindr offer a service that would block screenshot capability for profile photos? For instance, I pay for an elevated account, which allows me to send images that not only expire, but are also unable to be captured by screenshot capability. It's AMAZING😆! (2) My second question is about the "favorites" feature. Is there a way for me to view profiles that have added me to their "favorites" list without me knowing about it? Imagine this: a person from somewhere on Earth has surreptitiously added you to their "favorites" list only to monitor you, adding your pictures to their collection everytime you post a new one 😲. (3) If these protective features are not available, are the developers working on a solution 😌? I am READY to pay that service😕.

In my last email I pointed out your hegemony. I wanted to point out it is not unlike the American hegemony on reproductive rights. Great idea

Just like users ratings (or stars) on Uber we should be able to have 5 star users shown before lower rating users in the grid. We would be able to have real (and kind) users ahead of jerks and escorts. Blocking users is not useful anymore as escorts (and jerks) create new accounts everytime.

This honestly sounds like a good idea I hope Grindr sees it and takes it into account

I strongly urge Grindr to start using Photo ID Verification to verify the users that sign up to use the app.

This will help for many reasons:
- will help reduce the number of bots in the app
- will increase the safety for everyone and create a safe space/community
- will avoid the number of fake profiles, including those who are underage
- will decrease the number of scammers and thieves
- for this one I believe Grindr should keep a record of the ID to help identify someone of and when they commit a crime to help the police get to the perpetrator

This would not exploit any type of personal information, as only Grindr would be seeing the IDs and in some way tagging the profile with a official verification stamp.

Grindr could be a way safer place with this type of safety and security measures. Making it more friendly for everyone and a place with less issues.

How about stop offshoring your moderators and employee some with... wait for it... COMMON SENSE! Give people a VALID reason if you ban them. I know common sense isn’t common, but seriously! I got banned and accused of something that I never did, but won’t provide me with the evidence of the accusations, but mean while they let people sell drugs on here. Wtf. The profile photos that we insert, even if they are of excellent quality, when they are saved, lose quality. Same for photos uploaded to chat. I recommend reducing compression measures and establishing a recommended resolution

I was banned out the blue and I didn’t even know why.

I’ve posted shirtless photos of myself on my profile and they get rejected, HOWEVER, the amount of ******* outlines and morally revealing photos IVE seen been ACCEPTED is too many to count. I’m sick of being singled out, sort your **** out please.
