What about not banning paying subscribers without a reasonable explanation?
Grindr should be honest and transparent to paying users on how they have possibly violated the community guidelines.
I am paying for a service, if I am going to be denied access to it I want to know specifics on why.
Otherwise it is disrespectul.
I don't want to believe that Grindr is banning accounts just to collect more money on new subscriptions.

I have had numerous spam profiles contact me with external web links. The majority of them use photos that have already been used for other spam profiles, each showing different distances away.
Being that there is now facial recognition software being utilised in social media etc, could you implement this software or something like it to automatically flag duplicate images being used? Especially the duplicates of already reported profiles. These image matches could then be flagged automatically and accounts deactivated.

Reduce *** for money from Grindr
Now it is too much here​. You can read money = *** for money. and other is Drug using ***. HF = high fun, it means *** with drug injected drug smoke other way.

I think grindr should make everyone have a picture in there profile and u cant get on grindr and till u put one up and it have to be a face pic

Integrate some kind of software or some kind of authenticating system such as requiring users to send you a picture of themselves holding up their grinder account number to authenticate that users aren't a) a computer generated profile with the explicit purpose of sending spam messages to real users advertising other sites\devices, or b) a catfish or someone posing as someone they aren't for nefarious purposes. There are way to many fake profiles on grinder. The fake profiles outnumber the real ones in my area. It's becoming very frustrating.

This would be so easy, especially for us who pay for xtra or unlimited. Allow people to opt-in to take a photo of themselves with some random gesture, then ai/staff can verify them with a badge or whatever. Of course, there are many other ways a verification system could be implemented.

This would make my grinding so much easier if we could do this,knowing for sure I was chatting to someone correctly representing themselves. Allow us to filter on this also!

Also, is there a catfishing database? It would work sort of like a suspect credit card list: It wouldn't rule out honest people, but would ensare those who use such photos.
Maybe Grindr (and other chat sites) can work with Google to create a Catfish database

There should be an option to only see/ be seen by profiles with a clear face pic without sunglasses, even if it's only available to grindr xtra or unlimited paying subscribers. I'm unlimited and still have to spend a lot of time blocking. Messages from people hiding behind anonymous faceless profiles can be harassing, threatening, and very rude

Need to have verified user badge and be able to sort out unverified users in search. Too many fake profiles!!! Users need to be verified through system similar to being a cam model or performer on PornHub. Make it strict to get verified badge

No rhyme or reason as to why I’m banned from this app. I didn’t violate any rules please help !!!

So recently I got banned from grindr. After using Grindr for years I recently got banned. i believe it was due to being reported for believing in a fake profile as the same day of the ban a blank profile accused me of this. After getting banned I was asked to provide a photo of me and my email on paper which I did and got unbanned. No longer than 24hrs later was banned yet again. This time is no explanation and told it won’t get undone. Out of curiosity I tried making a new account with an previous email not associated with grindr only to get banned instantly without even being able to make an account. I find it atrocious how I can now never log in or even Make a new account due to doing nothing wrong whikst there are accounts dedicated to full nudity, prostitution and drugs that stay up. Yet I am not even allowed to make a new account with a new email on my phone. My friend even tried logging in on my phone and it wouldn’t let him. So my phone is banned from ever using the app? I would like to request to be personally contacted over this problem and for it to get fixed. I find it atrocious that I can never make a grindr account again on my phone whilst having done nothing wrong after using the app for years.there should also be a contact phone number to deal with these things. Not a copy and pasted automatic response.
