How wrong is that. Actually I understand it is done to prevent people to brake the rules but I have for instance bought a second hand phone. Grindr was already banned on the imei connected to my phone. So how you explain this now?

Did you know Grindr stores absolutely everything about you lol? They can even block your entire device and up from making new profiles, it happened to me that’s why I’m on here

What do you all intend to do about the epidemic of illegal activity on the platform? I receive spam / phising / credit card scam messages literally every time I open the app. Typically HALF of the 'Fresh Face' profiles are fake. In addition, prostitution and drug trafficking are rampant. Reporting profiles does not seem to result in any action being taken, as the same scams/ users show up over and over and profiles that violate TOS are never taken down no matter how many times I report.

I got banned few days ago for the same rason you all are. None. They asked me for my email that i use to verfy that im not a bot, and after giving them everything they asked for - i just got back the message that my ban will not be lifted because i didnt verify my identity. just the next day my friend that didnt even use the app just opened it to see who is nearby - got banned with therms of use breach. guess we are violeting them with just opening the app.
