My PHONE NUMBER got banned, presumably by automation, after I was trolling someone. Except it wasn’t someone, it was a SPAM/BOT profile. It was obvious as my area is swamped with these spam “girl” profiles that tap everyone that’s near, not just me. And I got banned, because of using a gendered slur, but I KNEW IT WAS A BOT! Why am I being banned from using the app because of this? Your service when is comes to unbanning people is Absolute Garbage, improve this shit please.

Whoever can fix this stuff, like its fucking obvious, I was harassing NO ONE, I’ve messaged CS like 4-5 times already without a response.

Has Grindr considered a special paid ad category for massage ads? You know, where they place personal paid ads promoting these services? Instead it’s DL and deceiving to members.

Also - have you considered a RN (Right Now) section? A separate section that members who are actually looking for fun can enter a “room” to show interest? Or even a toggle on their profile to express interest in fun?

Finally....The fresh faces category does not work well. It is usually filled with new members who were recently kicked off Grindr for violating various rules. As a result, these “wrong-doers” get top banner attention? What’s wrong this this picture, Grindr team?

It’s Horror block people need to stay block

Having to deal with faceless profiles just delays homosexual equality and promotes self-hate. This filter should at least be free to motivate guys to use pictures.
With all the ad revenue Grindr receives now (especially with bigger companies such as Trojan), there should be more filters for free users that view these ads. Especially the face picture filter.

Everyone if you delete your profile and remake the profile with same email and load ur backup u then can see the people who have blocked u again and doesn't look like u have a new profile. My ex does this all the time. Especially having pro he can open it the first time in incognito and I don't even know that he's not blocked and I cannot see him.

It will improve your app a lot and also gain trust of people using the app.

Blocked profiles are back on my cascade and they can see my profile. Fix this immediately please.. Blocked profile must be Block and no appear after few days.

Good afternoon

My account was suspended some weeks back due to alleged breaking of Grindr policy’s.

However you refused to confirm what breaches had been made and any supporting evidence. There was no breach as it was a mere reporting of my account by other Grindr users who I failed to correspond or meet with I’m now aware.

I have now been advised by other Grindr users that you most probably had registered my device via its IMEI not to allow me to create another account.

Through various tests on my device I now believe this to be the case. Therefore this was reported to Apple some weeks ago. Apple how now asked me to confirm that my device has been banded via IMEI via correspondence with Grindr. They have advised you should be able to confirm this?

I will look forward to a speedy reply.
