The idea is that you'd be able to filter out certain profiles that contain text related to selling/buying drugs.
I've seen a lot of profiles about "lost", "nofi", "2gx10k", etc. And it really fills the tabs. it's annoying and reporting does nothing, since they can just create a new account and keep sellling or buying drugs.

There is a rampant spam issue on Grindr, almost every time I log in I will send you one or two spam reports.

They do nothing. You've never followed up with me. These accounts are created, they spam a thousand links then close. You will not fix this with spam reports.

Please just block messages containing links / URLs and it will fix 90% of your spam issue.

For anyone who is familiar with Twitter, I’ve seen COUNTLESS photos and message threads of people “exposing” others by blasting their messages and pictures on Twitter regardless of the reason. This heavily effects privacy and safety because the sender of the photo is agreeing to send the photos to that one person, not potentially millions on Twitter. Imagine a world where you simply couldn’t screen shot other people’s private pictures?

Everyday I get about 5 spam request from fake accounts there’s gotta be a better way to stop them especially for paying account holders.

I receive at least 5 messages a day from spammers from gayfun.org.
You either created a filter that will delete their profile or ban the IMEI.
receiving so much spam kills the joy!

There are many guys who are here just to sell illegal materials and then they doom. While in many countries both drugs and homosex are crime (homosexulity is at least a social taboo), these guys then blackmail and try to make money. Use of words like high, HF, stuff, 420 etc. Are common in my area for drugs

I am passing the evidence and information from gridnr I have recieved that show countless of anonymous illegal content and abuse that is on this site to the relevant authorities.

As there is no phone verification or I.P tracking that has been implemented on this site to stop this sort of activity from always happening and you aren't willing to acknowledge this serious issue.

Please block all incoming messages containing gayfun.org. Almost every spam message contains gayfun.org. It would be great if you could find a way to block it.

Grindr needs to make it safer for users whom are being approached and seduced by minors lying about their ages saying they are 18 and over. Many good men worldwide are going to jail or have to register as sex offenders because a bad parent was negligent and let their disgusting son who looks older get on the app. This is not fair. Grindr will eventually be sued for this if this keeps happening because the law protecting grindr on this is old from the 90’s but it’s just not fair for the people who just want a quick hookup and then find out they’re being investigated because one of their hookups was a minor who lied about their age. That is not OK and you guys need to protect your adult users against lying teenagers and negligent parents.
