all users should be required to have a face pic.. anyone who without a face picture would be grouped together with other users without a photo creating an annon environment option since said users are worried about getting outted this woild encourage everyone to have a photo and probably keep people from acting like assholes to each other and bullying then blocking since people get so brave behind a keyboard

It seems the profile rules on no underwear/speedo pics are not fairly applied. I can quickly find profiles of hotties in underwear with bulges on show. I have reported them but nothing happens. Maybe apple would be interested in this aspect of the app.

It's a nuisance when you block someone only to have their profile come back again simply because they delete their Acc and reactivate it. If they delete it weekly = ban them for 2 weeks.

Too many junk messages from spam accounts! Way too much, R&D engineers could not even do a security filter to ban those robots?

We want to be able to delete photos from our profile, deleting them automatically on the same time on all the chats we sent them! It will be a big step for everyone’s privacy and against risk of revenge porn.

Why are we still getting bombarded with these spam and money con artist? Newest one is they ask for your number so they can text. It's a way into your phone as they send a code you recite back and open a gateway for them

Yes please or give us a chance to send the chats/messages they sent to you before they block. Maybe have a feature in settings that says report last chat with a preview of the last message or few messages to sent so that the other person still has anonymity on the their end just in case. I have never been as bullied or as harassed but this year is different especially by blank profiles. I’ve been posted about, impersonated, and rumors spread about me. I’m not a bad person I don’t even know who this person or persons are. I tend to keep to myself and am careful to sound polite.

This was before they required a phone number. I’ve been banned on grindr while in my small town thought it was a mistake and asked for a review they immediately denied me saying it was spam. So I tested something because this was the time my harassment on there started. I made a blank profile it and let it stay blank for a while then uploaded a face pic and it instantly it got instantly reported and banned. After a few tries with various time lengths those blank profiles got banned too only after uploading a face pic. I emailed grindr to unban my other emails, google, Facebook, and number and they automatically said no. I finally got one unbanned. But this app gives a lot of online bullies a lot of power. I still get harassed it’s always by online profiles.

I begin to suspect Grindr is sending these spam messages themselves, or at least deliberately don't want to fix the issue, so you keep coming back to the app to check those new message alerts.

Especially now during Covid times, people are less willing to date, so they fear losing interest. They want to keep you in the loop..

The photos i have in my library don’t load into your app. I can take a picture with my iPad but can’t upload anything.

I get spam from them several times a day.

Block messages from gayfun.org! should be not that complicated to activate a simple spamfilter

Maybe add a feature that allows you to only receive messages from people who have a verified email or with a photo on their profile or a photo in their message.

This site supose to be discrete but with the numbrs i dont like it, i kniw people who get banned from grindr without any reasins and they tried to contact with you, but they dont recive any response, if i get banned at least erase my phone number

The ads from fake profiles adverstisng other websites are really annoying, and getting worse every day. I won’t be continuing to pay for this app if something does not change. I have reported them as spam every time, but they never stop.

Some how stop the scammers wanting me to go a 3rd party site for sex. I continue to block them but more keep coming rhrough
