Require everyone to have a verifiable picture

Make someone send in a photo with specific requirements. This is reviewed by Grindr staff and then they receive a "verified" badge on their profile. There are a handful of people in my area constantly catfishing and photo farming.

This wouldn't be a requirement, but a benefit to users who only want to communicate with verified profiles.

Do not approve profiles with blank photos or incomplete profiles or photos of non human beings. People who are too lazy to put these details waste other people's time and are not serious about hooking up.

Is very ridiculous when I try to post a new profile picture that doesn’t have any nudist at all and then rejected there’s some others profiles that really have graphics photos and doesn’t get regulated. This is a hook up site so stop with the stupid moderation photos. We pay for this extra app for not getting what we want.

Yes! I’ve had a stalker from here, as have friends of mine. Grindr needs to do more to prevent abusive profiles.

I'd much rather look at something other then a blank black screen. Make it a requirement that a profile picture is added. Anything but a blank black screen!

Is not fair the we have a picture on our profile and other people are just using someone else's pics, everyone should have to upload a picture

Verified pictures and accounts through social media

Set up the Face recognition, and connect the user with genuine social media profile. So problem of fake profiles can be solved. It is really a massive disappointment. 90% of the profiles are fake.

There should be a way where people can grant access to have people send photos.

This prevents, or at least recuces, the amount of unsolicited nudes sent and received.

Make everyone post a face pic

Enforce your own policy against impersonation. I’ve repeatedly reported a profile that is blatantly impersonating me, but you do NOTHING. You are disregarding your own policies and the privacy of even paying members like me who have submitted ALL the evidence you need to stop someone from impersonating me. The impersonator has blocked me to make it easier for him and harder for me to directly report him. Please enforce your own policies and protect your members. Impersonation should not be allowed.

Add more photos on profile plus add private album for easy sending

Add Verifications so you can see who is genuine. This will make you stand out from the other apps. Genuine, Real, Honest Profiles

Require the submission of a photo ID to ensure no underage users access the app.

Far too many guy claiming to be in the US army in Syria or Afghanistan looking for a real relationship when they get back to the states in three months.

A better way to verify ones age and prompt response to remove accounts and permanently band IP’s dealing with hustlers/prostitution.

Create a photo album so you can upload and share multiple photos in 1-click.

Help decrease the users who chooses to abuse Grindrs community.
