The bots are a big problem. Cancelling my subscription next month. Sick and tired of them. Several every day.

Lets clean grndr up a little. Moderation has denied my photo access of only my legs and feet because it is too explicit?? Well my suggestion is to clean up the site. The following needs to be moderated that contains ANYTHING WHATSOEVER with the words. Also they have to be a paying member to view anything other than your profile photo. It would be awesome for the member to be able to either accept or deny chat request instead of these disrespectful people just getting to send a picture of their privates

I've been getting bots saying how attractive you are then giving their phone number because their wifi isn't working right. Then they text you endless *** talk while giving you a website to go to. The number just goes to a busy signal. They tap you first and if you respond they initially are excited that someone uses taps. They're active bots seeking you out as opposed to just waiting for you to try to contact their profile. It's disgusting that people are preying on us like this.

Please please please. Allow us to sort so we DON'T have to see their profiles. And honestly, guys who care about some annonymity might want to not be seen by them. Let guys choose who can see them! I am totally out and don't care, but Grindr doesn't need more guys afraid of posting their pictures and having nothing.

Improve the search features. Allow us to search by GENDER. Allow people to search for Pot, so I can filter it out.

Verification of profiles via a working cell phone verification system like other apps use. This should help eliminate the many fake profiles that are ultimately used to spam other websites.

The current email verification is not proficient as many emails can be created by these same spammers. It would be doubtful that these spammers would buy thousands of cellphones that could be banned for creating a fake profile and spamming.

It counters bots but does nothing about catfisher who could use their own picture to verify themselves but then upload fake pics.

Profile requirement that restricts the use of blank and torso pic in user profile pics. No face no Grindr.

Thanks guys this idea was actually posted by me didn't realize it would get such a high responce bit annoyed that other features have been added anyone else had the sugar daddy messages this is why I think sending a photo holding paper with you're name date and a code they supply u / maybe the profile ID number so that they can say you're real and also if banned for being abusive you can't actually return

Come on, Grindr, this is a no brainer. I get exactly zero bots messages on SCRUFF. I report them daily to you while you do nothing about it and limit my ability to block.

Three floors here.
1, the staff do not know what the definition of SPAM is.
2, the staff do not know what the role of a Moderator is
3, they are making so much money the customer is not a focus (they can be as rude and as arrogant as they like).
