Free unlimited blocks
It's no good that we can't block anyone who annoys us

Unlimited blocking for sure - limiting the number of blocks I have encourages me to ghost, so I’m not in uncomfortable/unsafe situations on this app. Charge extra for unlimited faves, whatever, but there shouldn’t be a question about unlimited blocks.

With the U.s. govt recommending to stay at home, can you please allow unlimited blocking so more members become visible? Living in a small town, it’s difficult to get to the profiles that are in bigger cities and more diverse. These smaller towns near me are very close-minded, racially speaking.

Allow unlimited block for basic users. I’m tired of getting nude pics from users. Showing them having *** with another guy and showing ******** and sayin the have drug to share. Then you try and block them but can’t due to already using you few blocks you have. Seriously Grindr get it together.

Blocking after reporting a profile for spam, or illegal activity should not count against blocks per day. If someone is being harassed by another and they spent all of their blocks on bots, that’s not really helping them Mx

Blocking users should be a standard especially in this day and age. The LGBTQ+ community is very corrupt and the amount of trolls and fake spam accounts is absurd on Grindr. There should NOT be a 24hr limit on blocking users as this should be an every user right to do so if not comfortable or harassed by an individual.

The fact that we have a set amount of blocks per day is so dangerous and I can’t believe that in an app like this non premium users would have to suffer through this. You know there are a lot of fake profiles and creepy people on here who harass and scam other users right? Limiting blocks should have never been a thing.

I suggest that the development team immediately remove the limits on the number of blocks which a free user is allowed to use. The reason which this is vital is actually a very critical safety issue. Often times, users utilize the block feature in unpleasant conversation and interaction which they no longer wish to pursue. However, with the current limits in place, the number allowed is finite. I.E. Regardless if your safety is Compromised or not, you are not immediately able to block any additional users if a free user. If removed, all users may feel consistently safe and protected by the features.

You seriously need to make it so I don’t have to pay you’re overpriced 18$ per month to have unlimited blocks. If a bunch of older men start messaging me I expect to be able to block them all cause its creepy af and if they close it makes me uncomfortable. Don’t mean to be rude but it shouldn’t be “how about paying extra for your own privacy!?”

Clean up the fake spammy profiles that are destroying Grindr - or make blocks unlimited. I've blocked 10 versions of the supposedly same profile. And every day they appear again. And no I won't pay for the privilege of unlimited blocks when I have no faith in the system.

Grow up and let people use basic functions without paying. Being unable to block someone because of not paying for useless features is ridiculous. I don't need to know if a mesage was read. I do need to be able to control my inbox!

for scort and trans there are pages that are for that the grinder is to link know not for the sale or advertising of prostitution services or drug sales

I'm in on this! Or just raise the cap u til they decide to do some form of verification.
If they had verified members I wouldn't hesitate to go pro or unlimited.
Meanwhile there is a guy that has like 4 profiles in the complex I'm staying at for "social experimentation" and he really needs to be jailed

I feel very unsafe and attacked by someone yet I’m unable to block them because of this stupid ******* limited number of blocks. This is ridiculous that EVEN WHEN I REPORT SOMEONE I can’t block them if I’ve reached my limit?? You’re punishing me for not having the money to buy a subscription. It’s not MY fault that so many people make me uncomfortable and say hurtful things. If I don’t want to hear what they have to say or read their messages or see their faces on this app, it’s my right not to. A FREE given right. Grindr does not care about my safety or my well being or mental sanity. Change this, or I’m going to report Grindr itself cuz this is certainly illegal; for ing me to have continual contact with people who make me feel unsafe, unless I pay a price.....

Blocking should be free. It’s absolutely wrong how you can only get so many blocks. If one feels unsafe they shouldn’t have to pay 4 safety.

Take away some other free things like taps and give us unlimited blocks because there's so many rude people on this app that threaten violence and are bullying

I understand Grindr is busy but having to pay for unlimited blocked is a bit too much greediness. It’s safety problems and in the gay world we already face sooooooo many safety problems. Either let them be unlimited blocked or having to watch a 5 second ad like in the explore feature. The reason I end up using my blocks is because of the spamming accounts looking for “sugar babies” or people keep making new accounts to message as there is no verifying account on sign up.

I constantly have to block people due to them being disrespectful or I get harassed because I curve them. I believe that we shouldn’t have to pay for be able to block as many people as we want. is a constant issue sometimes and it gets very annoying.

I don’t put my age on profile but if someone asks I’ll tell them mostly and I don’t lie. Forcing it takes away privacy/choice. Where does it begin and end yesterday I was grilled about what work I do. That’s intrusive. I agree with varification of who I am but age why is it so important
