Grindr staff, if you seriously consider adding this tool, you should definitely consider social interactions. This basically caters to attention seekers and egocentrics.

It is true, many users will stop viewing profiles in order to retain their privacy and discretion. While others will abuse the feature in the same manner as having infinite taps.

It is possible to compromise by allowing users to leave a "viewed" badge which can be checked like taps but does not have notifications.

Not a lot of point in that we are all somewhat discreet here. If someone looks at my profile and do not contact there is no good purpose in me knowing...

This is pointless. If someone clicks your profile but doesn’t tap or send you a message it’s because they don’t want to talk to you...

Oh God no lol. That kind of goes around the whole anonmity that's a part of the app.

No no no. People want to be able to browse discreetly, not alerting the viewee and starting something up if theyre not ready.

Why tho? We should upvote actual quality-of-life ideas instead of these that are only for gossiping purposes!!

See how many hits your profile gets daily. Doesn’t show actual user who views your profile.

See who has viewed your profile, but only if you allow others to see if you’ve viewed theirs. This should also include a Grindr Xtra feature that allows you to erase your tracks for individual profiles. For example, if I’m a Grindr Xtra user and have the “Allow others to view my tracks” feature turned on, I also have the option to erase my tracks per users.
