Incorporating Face ID would be a major game changer, it will ensure secure log ins every time, ensure only the user can create or acess a backup and ensure that the back is encrypted, but also just food for thought Face ID could work hand in hand with discreet app icons, if the phone isn’t unlocked with owners face, the discreet app icon would show. If verification doesn’t go through then I use Face ID to open the discreet app icon and u get acess to Grindr, if the verification fails it open s a bookmarked webpage of the topic related to the discreet app icon

I own an iPhone X. After Septembe 2018, most of your customers will have iPhones that either scan their finger prints or do Face ID. Don’t make us use another pin code. Just leverage the existing security Apple uses. This is a simple request.

Worried about someone going through your phone and going onto the app and finding out what kind of stuff you talk about? Yeah well this could be prevented by providing a optional password lock for the app. Weather it’s Touch ID, pattern, number password etc.

Norton App Lock (Android) does exactly that. Lock chosen apps by fingerprint or passcode.

Like your phone is laying there unlock and someone goes through it. Should have a security of either one off the theee ideas above. Like my mail. No one access it unless they use my finger print. V

I use Eset Endpoint security on my smart phone, it has a function called AppLocker which locks your apps until unlocked by your fingerprint.
