In order to prevent someone using your picture(s) or sharing it over social media, make it impossible for someone to screenshot your picture and/or profile. Another hook up app already has this feature.

Not allowing users to screen shot and save/copy the photos of other users to their devices will protect the safety and privacy of users of this app. This will increase in the users willing to use the app as they know their photos will not be unwillingly shared and used by others.

the screen shot function should be disabled when you open a picture you've received. i would hate for it to be completely disabled when using the app bcoz ive been threatened before and stalked on grindr before and screenshots of the conversation was helpful in getting a restraining order. so if it's possible to only be disabled when a received picture is opened would be ideal

I’ve had blank profiles send me pictures of myself that I’ve sent to other people. Being able to see if someone screenshots the pictures you send will provide a better feeling of security

safeguarding your own pictures in the chat conversation, cause there are way too many fake profiles out there
or a feature like as of snapchat to resist people to screenshot the pictures. -

The picture which we display on profile, and pictures which we send on chat should be guarded. No one should be able to screenshot the pictures and use it as a fake identity by creating another account.

When someone screenshots a profile picture or a photo that is sent to them, then a Grindr watermark/logo should automatically be placed in the center of the image (similar to how all "real" Grindr profile pictures or pictures that you send have the watermark at the bottom left). A watermark in the center would indicate that it's a screenshot and not an actual picture. So a screenshot would have one at the bottom left AND in the center, so it can't be used as a picture. This would help with catfishing and security. I'd be fine with anything related to stopping screenshots/catfish. My biggest concern when I use Grindr is typically if I'm chatting with the real deal or a fake using someone else's picture(s).

There must be an in-app feature that prevents users from taking screenshots of my face pics i sent them. Nobody wants their face pics ending up in other **** sites.

I take screenshots frecuently to make a Google image search and check if the picture comes from a blog or something. This has helped me a lot finding fake pictures. I mean is one method of protection I use.
