2. Its outrageously expensive and when you do pay parts of the app arnt working and finally this app use to be for gay men now its not.

   If you're going to charge such exorbitant prices 1. The app should work as advertised and not be full of glitches 2. The app should be for who it was designed for, GAY MEN, first of all require a face pic for every profile (if your too embarrassed to show who you are on a gay hookup site then maybe you shouldn't be here) it would also alert a person to trans people or women in general. I'm guessing that 40-50 percent of the people on this app identify other than gay or bi, there are dozens of apps designed for trans, swingers, gay curious, straight and many many others where these people need to go and give gay men their app back! Now for your prices I've been a grinder subscriber for about 15 years but the cost is just crazy for what you get at $500+/ year I want a bottle of wine, some poppers, condoms and some lube some sort of gift with purchase because I refuse to pay that much for an app for gay men that is maybe only 50% gay men on it to begin with then half of those people don't post a single picture or any profile info a person could be talking to a bored housewife in Pakistan with an anal fetish and not even know it for hours until she slips up and blows her true identity. It's also absolutely ridiculous to pay such a high fee and then not even get what your paying for. I've dropped my subscription and will no resubscribe untill some major changes are made. GET RID OF ALL THE WOMEN THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT A GAY MAN WANTS! even if they did they don't care which is obvious.

   We pay you enough money. You shouldn't just bombard our inboxes with these offers and community events and announcements for studies. It's really invasive and it's not fair to those of us who pay you to keep ads out of our face.

5. Fake profiles

   Does anyone ACTUALLY do any work at grindr? I see the exact same fake ass profiles all the time! And I report them so often y'all owe me a few paychecks or something. And if you can't tell who's faking it out there, that just proves my point all the more. Keep these shit stains of society off the app.

    For example
    •Instead of a flame tap, a coffee/wine symbol.
    •Expand the amount of words to use in the description.
    •Help create a less toxic environment by providing mental health content.
    Especially about ghosting! Create a not interested button or response.
    •Remove the online offline function or make it more accurate so people don’t feel like they are being ignored.
    •Set up filters for chats for example: only sex or serious dating.
    •Provide more non sexual tags so someone can also use grindr to find a serious boyfriend.
    •Remove the option to not have a photo in the profil.

16. Filter out HnH / Chems users

    Allow a freetext filter on profile names (which is where Chems / HnH Grindr users make themselves known) so that people can filter out Chems / HnH folk from their grid. It should also have the effect of hiding your profile to anyone who meets the filter criteria.

17. Try practicing better customer service.

    Since I signed up this account I have been trying to purchase a subscription. I continually get denied on my purchase request. I have tried using multiple bank cards, gift cards and try to charge the charges to my phone. I keep getting an error message saying that they can't process my request due to a hold on my account. Now here's the bad part. Whenever I search who's on the system I don't get a choice between 9 to 18 profiles to choose from. And the same profiles over and over. I'm trying to increase my visibility and in the same time trying to use the service to increase my options on who I may want to connect with. But I keep getting denied. I think it awfully cheap and dirty dealing of grinder to give a small amount of choices before you offer them the package that can't be bought that would allow them to increase their option by 600 profiles. I think you guys could afford to open the purse strings a little bit and to offer a few more choices than a simple 20 or 30 profiles constantly being repeated to choose from. I wish that someone from grinder would reach out to me to either solve my issue on obtaining the extra package that would allow me the 600 more profiles to choose from or offer more free profiles to choose from. I'm not even quite sure that I want to spend my money if you guys are going to be so cheap and can't see and not being fair to increase that visibility and not being able to obtain the package to resolve the issue. I mean why should i. It just shows this company is greedy out for the company only and doesn't appreciate the customers who want to buy more from Grindr but they won't let the finger to help you resolve an issue to you so. It is not very good customer service and I'm not quite sure I want to give my money to a a business who doesn't offer customer service first over everything else. I suggest you guys reevaluate either your package pricing or let go of the purse strings and give us a fair amount of profiles to choose from if we're unable to purchase an extended package. 19. Quick nickel & diming your customers

    This is my first time using grinder & I got the 1 month plan (ultra plus something). My thoughts like at $39 that's steep. Then Grinr introduces this BOOST feature for an additional fee. Quick nickel & diming people that use you. After my monthly subscription, I highly doubt I will subscribe again. For $39, BOOST should be included.
