To much charging for this app when even subscription still not working properly and to pay that much for shit services I’m not happy at app Sucrff there more support for our community more then you guys Shame really for the whole month and you get full access for only 10$ a month you guys charge 50$ good month with shit services

Who check your profile
With an XTRA plan, you cannot check who viewed your profile. But you can check it with a free plan (by viewing an ad).

Do I have to sell my kidney?
Grindr’s out here acting like it’s the Versace of dating apps when it’s barely giving Walmart clearance rack energy. You can’t even scroll past 2 miles without that little red dot popping up like, “Oh, you thought? Pay for XTRA.” And don’t get me started on the profiles—you click a few, and suddenly they’re all locked behind that upgrade wall, practically yelling, “Cash only, babe.”
And let’s talk about those subscription prices. XTRA is $19.99 a month, and Unlimited’s pushing $24.99 like they’re offering fine dining when all you’re getting is the dating app equivalent of fast food. What do…

Here’s a suggestion stop holding stuff for ransom in an attempt to force people to pay you. It’s a shady and cheap tactic, much like most of your clientele (aka prostitutes, addicts and low life’s largely) and straight up has me absolutely hating your app and counting down the days till Sniffies crushes you and puts you out of business. Lower your prices and expand features
Your pricing for paid subscriptions are way too high! The intermediate plus plan is barely worth considering at any price as the real good features don’t kick in until the unlimited level and that is so pricy that it’s a wonder whether you wouldn’t have a much better profitability with pricing that increases demand enough to entice much more paid usage and more equitably distribute access to premium features across your user population. You shouldn't have to be a paid member to start conversations with people in other areas
I live only about a half an hour away from the capital city and next major city in the state I live in the West Virginia I like to search users in that city because I also used to live there I can only search those and talk to them if I pay for service I don't think you should have to be a paid member in order to talk to people from other areas I think that should be included in all the packages

Charge to unlock a profile
What if you charge a small fee to unlock profiles? After you’re 1 daily free unlock, give an option to pay maybe $0.99 to unlock a profile. I feel like people wouldn’t pay the monthly membership but would certainly pay a $1 to unlock a profile. Just a suggestion.

Cheaper subscription fees
As someone who has paid for unlimited, I have cancelled my subscription as the cost isn’t worth the quality of users in my area. Not to mention, since the upgrade, the app is glitchy and doesn’t work half the time. I will no longer continue to pay such excessive subscription fees for what we now get.
