    - Messages sometimes stuck on "sent" even if they were delivered.
    - Messages sometimes stuck on "delivered" even if they were read.
    - Messages sometimes get delivered but aren't being noticed.
    - Pictures sometimes don't get delivered, but there's no indication of that.
    - Profiles sometimes don't load on the other end, so it looks like you're messaging someone from an empty profile.

    Scruff has it. It's very useful, like Joshua says. A lot of people don't reply, so why see them on the grid? But some of them don't reply because they had a busy period, so should have the chance to contact later if they end up wanting to.
