    Photo verification would be great. Users who have verified that their profile pic is really them should get a checkmark placed at the bottom of their profile. Photo verification doesn't have to be mandatory for all users, but will be super helpful for profiles that are accused of impersonation, as well as for users who have had bad experiences with catfish in the past.

    Linking a phone number to users' profiles would, too, curb the amount of catfish on the app. Users who have linked (and verified) their phone number should receive a similar checkmark placed at the bottom of their profile. This, too, does not have to be mandatory, but making it at least an option will add to the quality & usability of the app.

    Facebook login verification is another layer of (optional and helpful) profile authentication.

    This would be great. Allow users the ability to enable/disable the "tap" feature, based on their personal preference. Adam4Adam offers this ability to its users for their "smile" feature - those who prefer a written message over a one-button grope can opt out of receiving "smiles."
