    completely agree with your concerns about Grindr's removal of the block feature. I remember using a dating app where I couldn't properly block someone, and it made me feel vulnerable knowing they could still see my profile. The hide feature just doesn't provide the same peace of mind - it's like putting a band-aid on a safety issue.
