    I’m not going to message someone based purely on looks alone.

    I’d like to be able to focus my energy on people who’ve at least written something about themselves.

    And it goes without saying 255chars for a bio is ridiculous.

    I’ve much more in common with people who have similar interests, especially if I’m looking for friends. So being able to filter on people’s interests would also make sense. But god forbid you’d be able to add another field for that.
