First - Even if they are online dosent mean they are actually there, Best if they had a colored icon similar to skype on thair status (Green - Online/chatting, Red - Busy/away)
Second - I would like to add group chat with upto five other users or a chat room
Third - Prevent people messaging you for example, if your age range is 25-35 then no users under 25 or over 35 can bother you, only people within but if you message someone who is 24 or 36 that person will be able to reply back.
Forth - Get rid of those stupid tabs, its extremely annoying.
