    Sounds like you had a positive experience. I usually look at reviews and user experiences before trying something new, much like checking ratings and reviews on Letterboxd before watching a movie. The user-friendly experience and good support definitely sound like positives.

    As an XTRA user I would expect an ad-free experience. I do not understand why Madonna-related promotions are being shown in the grid when I’m paying for XTRA. Please give users an option to hide these promotions.

    I can understand the frustration, especially if you are paying for the service and expect a cleaner less promotional experience. Giving paid users an option to opt out of promotional content would be a reasonable compromise.
    As for changing the app icon for a Madonna promotion that is ultimately a branding decision but I can see why some users might find it unnecessary or distracting.
