    Hi guys! I want to build a solid, permanent outdoor kitchen and BBQ island on our patio this summer, finished with stone or rendered concrete. I want something completely fireproof and weatherproof that won't warp or rot over time. I was reading some project ideas and material guides on https://pentablockau.com/ recently about using durable blocks for structural outdoor frames. If you've built an outdoor kitchen yourself, did you build the frame out of concrete blocks, or did you use a metal/timber stud frame with cement sheet?
