   Ideally I’d like three chat notification toggles, like this:

   Notify me about new chats from:
   - Anyone
   - People I’ve chatted with or tapped
   - Favorites

   I get a lot of unwanted notifications from strangers I’ve never messaged, responded to, or tapped. I’d like to only get notified of messages from people I’ve shown interest in.
