    I guess I have been falsely reported as underage.
    Because that is the only possibility for which grindr should misunderstand that I'm underaged.
    I have been bullied by many people for rejecting hookup and sex. I have been abused by calling several disgusting words on me and my family. And I was blocked and reported too.
    I have created multiple accounts from same mobile number to stay away from these bullies.
    (This is because I have read somewhere from Grindr's website that upto 5 emails can be linked to a mobile number).

    And one fine day, Grindr banned all my accounts, and device.
    I have gone through the ban appeal process.
    Grindr responded that "due to some reasons" they thought I was underage.
    So I was directed to submit a photograph showing my face and email, governmental ID proof documents. I have submitted all of these and described everything I have mentioned in above.

    That was the end. Afterwards Grindr did not respond to mail. I have again appealed the ban. I wrote several mails. None of them were answered.
    It was like Grindr support had ghosted me.
    My ban isn't lifted. And mails are ignored.

    Is this justice ? Or is this fair ? Is this the user experience Grindr offers ?
    I could correct any fault if I ever did (at least if I knew). But having no response to anything I request is purely unfair, in my opinion.
