Here’s an idea (from someone Grindr recently bans for no reason)... no more bans! How about infractions instead, of downtown uses a a tree emoji to express their love of the outdoors and save characters, but Grindr interprets it as something else, the user gets a message to change it instead of flat out being banned. How about when you message customer service about a ban they actively try to help you instead of copy and pasting Grindr’s “we can do whatever we want” stipulation. Grindr has an “F” rating on the BBB, so they think they can keep that up long term? Nah
