    I have blocked someone over 20 times and reported his threats and harassment a few times since 2017. He just creates a new profile and continues his harrassment. This needs to change so they can't another account when they been making threats. 3 years I have dealt with this. once someone is harassing another they shouldn't be allowed on here at all.
