    People who get harassed, threatened, after they report this behaviour, they don’t only get ignored and not helped at all, they also get banned device banned.
    You try to plead for your ban and the only thing the support team does is giving you a tap in the back and telling you good bye.

    First of all, a better report review team, second of all if someone believes they account has been banned by mistake HEAR THEM and allow them prove they were banned by mistake if they show evidence.
    They keep saying they care about us and want our safety but then when you report the toxic behaviour, you get banned.

    To me happened the same thing as the person below my comment. They banned me saying that I breached the community guidelines, when I didn’t. Tried to create another account which got banned directly and they kept telling me they reported that account which doesn’t make sense. And kept sending me this copy paste message saying: YOUR BAN WONT BE LIFTED. Or Grindr can remove your account wether they have a reason or not :). Good bye.

    Such a nice support team wow 😍😍. Funny thing is that my friend got his account banned too because he logged into the Grindr of my phone once. So his iphone got banned at the same time than mine. He got the same answers from the support team that I got
