They don’t tell you why they’ve banned your device and they all manner of horrible activity for everyone else. There is no rhyme or reason to it. What other company can get say with this? It will eventually drive all users to other apps. Just a matter of time. I can’t wait until that day comes! I will bathe in the blood of what eventually becomes of such a shady business!
Having been banned twice and knowing many others who are in the same situation, a collective consensus has been agreed upon that Grindr’s policy for banning accounts is gratuitous and exercised haphazardly and without any recourse by the banned party.
A return to actual customer service with a real human and not a computer would solve many misunderstandings that result in real personal loss of ability for gay men to find one another and create connections that often are more than just ****** in nature. For those users who live in countries or cities where being out is dangerous, it can be the only real connection they have ave, through no fault of their own, they can be banned by an algorithm.
