    Oath 2 cert tickets. Can be attached to the user profile for continual use. That in combination with a verified valuation 3rd party "FB" can verify a account (maybe add a "account age length", parameter to make sure accounts aren't to set up to bypass this process). The verified 3rd part used would
    in no way need to know why or where it's being used. Only that there oath participation is true by what ever rules set into paramiters
