    Eliminate fake profiles stop people from recreating profile with fake or copying pics.
    (1. maybe you can run machine learning to identify and compare pics with every pic out there in every profile.
    2. If you find similar pics run a human level check. 3. If they are same again issue notices to those profiles to submit and verify identity.
    4. Close fake profile)
