    The new message sync feature has made the app unstable, erratic, and practically unusable compared to the old backup system. Furthermore, chat backups are failing significantly by saving only the other party's messages while completely deleting the sender's messages. Essential media features are also broken, preventing users from opening photo albums or viewing "view once" pictures properly.
