    I completely agree with the idea of hiring UX designers and actually giving them real authority. When decisions are made without user research or testing, even popular apps start feeling clunky and frustrating. Clear user flows, thoughtful interaction design, and continuous usability testing should be non-negotiable for platforms with large audiences.
