   Tengo exactamente el mismo problema que tu... yo he creado y eliminado mi cuenta varias veces y no sé si es debido a esto o no... Hice una petición a customer suport con ticket y todo hace una semana pero aún nada... ¿me podrías decir qué paso al final contigo y el motivo que te dieron?
