    The amount of money they charge for the premium tiers/features and how casually and lightly they carry on, while at the same time seemingly putting in exactly ZERO effort in fixing the glitches and the bugs (and just how consistently reliable they are in cluelessly allowing for a new round, new generation of glitches to develop in their place by the time they finally come up with a fix to the previous ones!!), side by side, is just... mind blowing... The notion of at least in theory designing and delivering a quality product or service cannot possibly have ever been even brought up, like, ever. They. Just. don't. give. a. rat"s. behind. There is no other way to explain just how prevalent all these issues have been and how long they've been happening. It's part of their signature style, apparently!! Messages don't get sent through, don't arrive through, notifications show the same message as READ one time, and only DELIVERED five other times... Entire whole chat histories appear and disappear sometimes literally between closing the app and reopening it right after, let alone when there's an "update"... Members show as online 20,40 min after they've split, lol, but not while they're online 🤦🏻‍♂️. I have several pics open by default as the main, first part of the profile, and yet every now and then for a good chunk of time several members in the chat ask me if I have any pics, which is when I realize my photos are not showing, and that's also why I wrongly throught the other members "don't have any pics" posted!! 😂 😂 I mean... I literally don't think I know of ANY app or social media platform / service / etc that is anywhere *close* to the level of dysfunction and the technical disaster that this app continues to reveal itself to be with EVERY iteration and update... Besides irritation and frustration as a customer, I'm also just stunned... ': if ANYTHING, I would be mortified to know that the end result of my job is something sooooo incredibly below any and all standards... Forget about a good, a great, even a WORKING product, lol! But at the very least I'd be making WHATEVER effort to make sure that the product, the service that comes out of my hands meets a MINIMUM, however meager and lacking, but at LEAST a minimum above the "and here is the pile of garbage!" category! But nope... not the Grindr team ... They apparently are just perfectly unbothered in their steadfast commitment to sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-standard. 🤷🏻‍♂️
