    If Grindr doesn't change the pricing based on the country's value a competitor may have a cheaper cost but with the same features.

    Correct! The subscriptions for XTRA and UNLMITED are expensive. It should be based on the country's currency and economic value. Not all users are born in US. If the subscription is US Price then your target should be only from US who can download the app. Like here in the Philippines, the average rate of the subscription of the dating sites are ranging from Php 250 to Php 500 per month
