The site naacocks.com has many people/bots that send you a picture message then block you or deactivate the account. This is one of many spammers that is overtaking your app. I would suggest running a whois on the site and filing a lawsuit against the owner. This would be the most effective way to combat the spammers the websites all have to be registered to someone and finding out who that is and suing them is an effective solution. It doesn't matter if they're out of country you can still sue them. You can go for harassment of users and violation of policies. You may also be able to get them for decline in user base if you could prove it. The current message of coming up with new ways to combat spammers is not helping you or being effective. Instead of dumping all your money into that. Stop it from happening in the first place it will send a clear message to other spammers. They better not mess with you unless they want to pay. The thing about spamming is that you always have to put a site or contact method. That gives you a clear avenue for legal recourse. It may take a little bit of research or work to get them into court but you can certainly do it.
