You do you and I agree. This filter is not coming back, so people should just accept what they cannot change, delete the app or if unsubscribe and move on.

These preference gays are unbearable.

Grindr doesn’t not give a flying **** whether you choose an “ ethnicity” or not. They are however choosing to ignore the majorities interest over a few gays. As seen in the fact they are not restoring this ethnicity filter everyone is interesting in bringing back. This thread has been open for 6 months and not even in consideration.

Nope, I’ve only posted 3-4 times. Tons of other anonymous profiles just come on here to stir up and expose the bigotry only to lose interest with retorting ridiculous comments like yours. I hope you keep the same energy for something that truly matters to this community and not something as ridiculous as racially profiling Grindr profiles. 🥲

Chang, no need to “rephrase it so I can understand” I’m not here to defend Grindr, this app and many others are the reason BP feels so empowered, around 10 years ago you could get on Grindr and state racist, homophobic nonsense on your profile and it was completely tolerated, but it’s 2021 and most are not going to stand for it. It’s ignorant and we are looking for a better tomorrow, if you and some of the others want to use filters to look for intimate connects, as stated on here by others, A4A, sniffies and others might be the applications for you to use. As they do not monitor hate speak on your profile.
