I saved all my pics and messages over the time that I was paying a subscription- I think it is completely ridiculous that essentially I paid for these communications and don’t believe you are being fair or possibly even following the consumer laws in Australia by now restricting my access to them. I understand and have no problems with you restricting or limited the service from the time I had to canx my subscription due to COVID-19, but it is not right to take away my access to what I paid for, and I might add it’s a premium fee you charge and I’ve endured lots of issues with your system dropping out. Double charges and bombarded by spam. So you’ve made me think twice about renewing when I am back working.
